Walking gives opportunities to stand and stare. The weather and the changing seasons means that each time we are outdoors your experience is never the same. This can make change seem more possible than it was before.
By talking through issues and feeling heard you may discover why you react to situations in the way that you do and what you could do differently. You may find relief from deep seated fears and anxieties, or past hurts.
I am a registered member of the BACP and the Institute of Outdoor Learning. My professional qualifications include a Diploma in Counselling, an MA in outdoor learning and a PGCE. I am also a qualified Mountain Leader.
